Our team will visit the site to measure & record the existing conditions. We will discuss your budget, schedule, & desired motif.

If you are happy with our proposed price, we will begin initial design phases.

Before proposing the final design, we will discuss layouts with you. This will alter our concept submission & ensure we are hitting your requirements. The layout is a crucial element in the design process & we will work with you to ensure it meets your proposed brief & is compliant within developer guidelines.

We will propose a design & estimate based on the confirmed layout. We will provide detailed explanations using CGI perspectives & confirm material samples with you. We will work with you to make adjustments until you are satisfied.

Under the management of our on-site supervisors & project managers, a project timetable is developed factoring in specific needs. Once agreed, we will proceed with the construction. Our designers work closely with our site team to ensure the project is completed safely, with quality standards & efficiency.

We will produce daily updates, image sand reports from onsite in your dedicated WhatsApp group, Our aim is to maintain & exercise controlled quality & protection for your home. Your Designer will still be engaged & will produce drawings & visuals if necessary to better help your understanding & decision making.

After the final inspection, we will deliver the project to you. We provide a -1 year warranty period after delivery & will continue to support you where required.
